FlexFormz creates two records in Blackbaud for each recurring gift: a Recurring Gift record (storing the schedule, amount, and fundraising details) and a Recurring Gift Payment record for each individual transaction. This matches Blackbaud’s native data model exactly.
Yes. By default, FlexFormz sends data to Blackbaud at the moment a form submission is received. Each gift record is created individually in Blackbaud as transactions are processed, in line with the platform’s API behavior.
